Through the concerted efforts of the literary community and the Trinidad State Junior College, most notably, educator John Casuqarelli Wang Ping chose to grace this community with both a book signing of her epic piece ‘Ten Thousand Waves’ and do some readings from her book. On a side bar, her masterpiece earned acclaim as a feature film of historic significance in addressing the atrocious treatment of Chinese immigrants in the land of freedom, milk and honey, (USA).

Was the audience whisked to a place of joy or dark forebode in a repartee of stark reality? Well, I was pretty frigging happy since Wang Ping was on the other side of my camera lens and I was in Downtown Trinidad Colorado. No rush hour traffic on the Hollywood Freeway for me eh. It was a two day adventure with a world class poet and humanitarian, Wang Ping. With the splendor of the majestic Rocky Mountains as her backdrop it does not get any better than that.
If you are aware of Wang Ping you are also aware she is never idle and everything has purpose and direction. In coming to Trinidad she also made the community aware of her on going *’Kinship of Rivers’ project uniting communities in kinship and harmony along the Mississippi & Yangtze Rivers. From what I observed it’s an extension of an olive branch in uniting people, not governments or politics. Just unity among the children of planet earth
Within this Kinship of Rivers project are these colorful flags molded after Tibetan
Prayer Flags. For the most part they hold the same significance but
with a dash of kinship for those who live along these powerful earth
bound arteries of life and their tributaries. The flags where written
with the hopes and dreams of the people then the thoughts symbolically
released. All with the expressed blessing from His Holiness the Dali
Lama.Throughout the pomp and circumstance of Wang Ping’s whirlwind visit to Trinidad,
Beauty and the Beast

I was able to speak with the
highest level of support after speaking with the sales team instead of
the support team. The sales team somehow had connections to the upper
support who could do serious research on the server I am on. They found
out there was an issue with their cloudflare, it was false flagging my
website
Used to be a great host, must have been
bought out or something a few years ago. I first signed up in 2003 and
the last four years have been terrible. I have been on their basic
hosting level since 2003 and never had any issues.
As times have changed, so has code, websites, mobile optimization etc. I am a graphic designer, I needed my websites to be responsive and wordpress based. Well I come to find out, their basic hosting plan essentially can't handle it. They have specific hosting for wordpress sites for $50 a MONTH. That's $600.00 a year, 600!!!! For a basic wordpress site that isn't getting any traffic. The template required a certain amount of memory and they can't accommodate it. Class action anyone? I would love to hire an attorney to sue them.
Their shared environment is full of spam sites, adult websites and their IP's have been blacklisted a great number of times. There is NO WEEKEND SUPPORT via phone. None. Email support, virtually NONE. I have to wait HOURS, and HOURS. Then you get several different people who say several different things and they are also all outsourced foreign support. Good luck with that.
Don't even bother with them. What's sad is I consider godaddy to be the SCUM of hosting and they are better than lunarpages right now. What does that tell you?!
Working on moving my sites ASAP.

On to bigger and better things. Will probably move the remnants from the shared server as well and completely kick them to the curb.

Worst host I have ever dealt with. Nothing but issues on a consistent basis. Always calling in to have my site repaired for PHP or other problems because these guys just update shit without telling anyone nor do they suggest how to fix it. Luckily I am moving on. I would not recommend them at all. Complete rip off, my site has been down for 3 weeks because they upgraded PHP without telling me. So now I am stuck either buying more products/service from them or moving on. I chose to move on to someone better. Fuck this shit! Oh and my site constantly had SPAM and issues due to lunar pages server. I know see from reviews here why I had so much trouble. 7 years is enough for me. Adios losers!

Their customer support is horrible. And their IP addresses are in the CBL for spam, so some of your emails are going to bounce back.

Then you find out all their customers got the same messages from them? So they were hit by the new virus Bleeding Heart at their own back door?
Which then may have leaked into all of
our paid sites? And it took them forever to figure out that it was none
of us causing the problem with over loads! It was Their own main sites
back door that was too weak ! As was Every Hosting Site that was hit!
Hackers are getting smarter:(
Grrrrrrr They did not even own up to
it but charged us for fixing their own Blog plus ours. Then being so
fearful they even Lock us out of our own site for ever? What kind of a
work crew of techs do they have? Gads! Yes, it is scary out there when
you have a business on line!
As my tech said , It is the Main Site that is hit that has to correct the problem! Not their customers! If you update your pass word as this is all going on, you are just sending it out to the hackers that are attacking! Beware of that scam! Trust no one out there! I have an info link that warns me of all the threats on the Inter – Net each day and it runs into the 73 million!

Right now Lunarpages proves to be a completely waste of my time and money.
There are too may Lunarpages customers complaining that Lunarpages told them that their site has been hacked/ compromised. Is this a gimmick for Lunarpages to make more money or is it that their database became corrupted? Who should I really believe? I honestly don’t believe that so many customers of Lunarpages alone has malicious visitors. Lunarpages should give ppl their data without any charge.
