Police car parked on the street across from an Apartment unit complex?

Son rushed into my room to look out side but I had all my blinds closed. Nothing to see any way,as they all seem to be inside the building? Yes this is a better class housing project loop but close to the side streets off of it. just so happens I can look into their back parking lot behind and at the side of their bullding! The one that just got a brand new black roof put on it. Yes an interesting period of activity :)
